The service and every feature we will every build or offer is yours for this ridiculously low fee. And if you decide to take a break, you stop paying for the time being until you want to resume. It’s a simple as that.

We really feel that singles can have a powerful website to meet a potential spouse or make new friends, and it NOT be costly.

The trade-off
We don’t do this full-time, therefore we don’t have a customer service team. There is just two of us and we have other jobs and commitments which make it impossible for this site to have a customer service staff. This helps to keep our price ALWAYS so low. And we have no intention of growing a staff to service this site. That would mean increasing the price, which we absolutely do not want to do.

Rather, we want to see members helping other members. That way we can focus our part-time efforts on handling the really critical customer service issues and not get too overwhelmed.
